Applying for permits, submitting paper plans, and tracking the status of your permit or development application in person has become more convenient in Fort Pierce! Certain City departments now accept electronic submissions via our new Enterprise Permitting and Licensing System (EPL) platform.
With EPL, you can conveniently handle the following tasks online:
- Submit applications for planning and zoning
- Manage building permit applications
- Pay invoices
- Schedule inspections
- Monitor the status of your permit/application
- Obtain right-of-way permits
- Process resubmittal
EPL provides a web-based digital document solution enabling residents, businesses, developers, contractors, and their representatives to submit applications and documents online, eliminating the need for physical paperwork. This can all be done conveniently from home, at any time of day.
